What a fantastic Christmas market Primrose House held today that was hugely successful and supported, so thank you everyone for making the effort and popping along to buy gifts, food, or even have a go of the raffle. All proceeds go to our residents comfort fund which enables us to do lots of nice things throughout the year 🤩 🥳🎉

Primrose House is all set up and ready for you all. Doors open at 2pm and I have word Santa 🎅 has just arrived with a huge sack of goodies for all the little people 🤩🤩

See you all today 2-4pm. It’s going to be a fantastic day with lots of craft stalls (ideal Christmas present buying), skin care, residents crafts, cards, cakes/biscuits, street food, mulled wine, our famous grand Tombola, Booze or loose, Santa with a Free gifts, Huge grand Raffle with lots of amazing prizes and it’s FREE entry all in the warmth of our lovely care home! Come along and have a browse 🎅🤶🎄

The weather outside is frightful but in Primrose House it’s so delightful. Tomorrow is our Christmas market 2pm-4pm, All stalls indoors in the warmth. Enjoy shopping for that extra special gift, whilst enjoying a mulled wine, trying some amazing street food and Santa will be waiting to see the little ones with FREE gifts too 🎅 so why not pop in try your hand on our famous Tombola & see all our wonderful raffle prizes that we have (tickets £1 a strip) 🎄

Wow what a fabulous time we had last night in Blackpool driving through the illuminations and then eating the biggest fish & chip supper you could of asked for!

🎄We’ve entered a fabulous Christmas card competition. We spent time drawing and colouring in, so fingers crossed we win, but even if we don’t our homemade cards will be available to buy throughout December & all proceeds will go to the residents comfort fund 🎄🤶

🌺 Today we paid our respects watching the remembrance procession that went past our care home to the cenotaph. We then went to the cosy club for the wonderful remembrance celebrations that had been organised. Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful event. Least we forget 🌺 Cosy Club Haslington

Primrose House are very proud to announce that we won at the National Care Awards last night for the best Training & Development Dementia team. Jasmin our deputy manager, Chloe and Craig, two of our fabulous nursing assistants shon out above all the other national nominations for this category. Such a huge achievement for them all 🤩
