💙 Sharing Kindness with Our Community 💙

As part of Acts of Kindness Month, the team at Bentley Manor took some time to write thank-you cards to members of our local community.

Our staff wanted to show their appreciation to those who support our residents and the home every day, including the local ambulance service, GP surgery, our vicar, and other important members of the community. We also sent some heartfelt thank-you cards to residents’ families to recognise their continued support and
involvement.

It was a small gesture, but a meaningful way to spread kindness and gratitude within our community.

Thank you to everyone who supports Bentley Manor – we truly appreciate you all. 💌

✨ Spreading Kindness at Bentley Manor ✨

As part of Harbour Healthcare’s Acts of Kindness Month, we have introduced a Kindness Box here at Bentley Manor 💙

Residents, staff and visitors are invited to write a small note about a kind act they have seen or experienced in our home. It could be a thoughtful gesture, someone lending a helping hand, or simply a moment that made them smile.

Each week, Amanda and Andrada will read some of the messages aloud so we can celebrate the wonderful kindness that happens every day within our Bentley Manor community.

Because sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can make the biggest difference. 💌

🌸 International Women’s Day at Bentley Manor 🌸

Today we celebrated International Women’s Day by showing a small token of appreciation to the wonderful ladies in our home. Each lady received a beautiful rose as a reminder of how valued and
special they are. 🌹

It was lovely to see so many smiles as the roses were handed out, bringing a little extra joy to the day. Our residents have lived such inspiring lives, and today was a perfect opportunity to celebrate their strength, kindness, and the many contributions they have made throughout the years. 💐

🌟 Happy 69th Wedding Anniversary to Mr & Mrs Price! 🌟

Today we had the pleasure of celebrating an incredible 69 years of marriage with the wonderful Mr & Mrs Price. 💙

They were surrounded by family, warm wishes, and lots of smiles as we marked this very special milestone together. It’s truly inspiring to see such a long and loving journey shared between two people.

From everyone here, we wish you both a very happy anniversary and hope you’ve had a lovely day celebrating this amazing achievement. 💐🥂

🌟 A Wonderful Week at Bentley Manor 🌟

It has been another lovely week filled with activities, smiles, and special moments for our residents.

We started the week keeping active with Burns Gym, where residents enjoyed gentle exercises, movement, and plenty of encouragement to stay fit and energised. 💪😊

We also had a peaceful and meaningful faith session with the Vicar 🙏🏻, giving residents the opportunity to reflect, share prayers, and enjoy spiritual time together.

Yesterday, we were lucky enough to enjoy the beautiful sunshine ☀️, so we made the most of it by gathering in the garden with some of our residents. It was a perfect chance to relax outdoors, chat, and enjoy the fresh air together.

And of course, Friday wouldn’t be complete without our favourite Bingo session! 🎉 Residents enjoyed the friendly competition, lots of laughter, and the excitement of calling out “Bingo!”

A week full of activity, connection, laughter, and happy moments here at Bentley Manor. 💙

🎉 Games, Sports & Smiles with the Rise Mid and South Cheshire ! 🎉

What a fantastic time our residents had enjoying games and sports with the wonderful Rise team! The room was filled with laughter, excitement, and lots of happy faces as everyone joined in the fun.

It was a lovely afternoon full of energy, friendly competition, and great teamwork. Activities like these always bring so much joy and create special moments for everyone involved.

A big thank you to the Rise team for bringing such positivity and fun to our home! 💙

What a beautiful day to celebrate a very special lady! 🌸☀️

Mary enjoyed her birthday in the garden, soaking up the fresh air and sunshine while celebrating with her friends here at Bentley Manor. It was made even more special with a lovely surprise, thoughtful gifts, balloons and plenty of smiles all around.

Mary was truly spoiled by our wonderful team, who made sure her day was filled with warmth, laughter and happy memories.
