Coherent Breathing — Guided Breath Count Collection
This album is designed to guide your breathing into a calm, steady rhythm using gentle counted breath cycles. Each track follows a different breathing pace, allowing you to discover the rhythm that feels most natural for your body and mind.
Coherent breathing is widely known to help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and bring the mind into a balanced, meditative state. By following a simple inhale–exhale rhythm, your breathing gradually synchronises with your heart rate variability, encouraging deep relaxation and emotional balance.
Inside this collection you’ll find guided breathing cycles for 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 counts, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators.
Each inhale and exhale should feel balanced and comfortable — never strained or forced. Some people may prefer to begin with a gentle 3-second inhale and 3-second exhale, while others may naturally settle into a 5 or 6 second breathing rhythm.
Count 1 on each bowl hit.
Breathing at around 5–6 seconds per inhale and exhale is widely considered the ideal pace for supporting nervous system balance and coherent breathing. Slower rhythms, such as the 8-count breath, can gradually guide the practitioner into deeper states of relaxation and meditation.
Use these tracks for:
• Meditation and mindfulness
• Stress and anxiety reduction
• Nervous system regulation
• Preparing the body for sleep
• Focus and mental clarity
• Yoga or breathwork practice
Whether you need a short reset during the day or a deeper meditative session, these breathing rhythms offer a simple way to reconnect with calm and presence.
Let the gentle counting guide your breath, soften the mind, and return your body to its natural state of balance.
