A great day out on farm with farmers from , visiting two progressive farms in Craigavon. 🐄

Our first stop was Claire Becketts Family Farm, kindly hosted by , where their reps led excellent discussions on dry cow management, early lactation nutrition, breeding plans and the economics of high-input cows.

The second visit took us to Mark Lewis’ farm, led by Alltech, focusing on high-input/high-output systems, robotic milking and feeding, controlled diets and mycotoxin management.

A big thank you to Trouw Nutrition, Quinns, , and FarmGate nutrition for joining us on farm and supporting a very informative and worthwhile day.
Thanks also to both farm families for opening their gates and sharing their experience.
