Every year at our staff Christmas meal, we take a moment to celebrate the people who’ve gone the extra mile. We are so pleased to share our 2025 winners!

- Alex our Operarions Manager picked up both the Making a Difference and Learning & Development Awards for her incredible leadership and lasting impact across the organisation.

- Lorraine our Personalised Care Training & Development Facilitator also received the Learning & Development Award for her brilliant work enhancing our PCTA training sessions and championing best practice.

And a huge well done to Mel our HR Manager, winner of the Pathways Values Award, recognised for the way she lives and breathes our values every single day.

This year, our Be Well Manchester in work team decided to skip Secret Santa and instead put that money towards something more meaningful, buying a gift for a child in need.

They brought childrens toys and donated them to Cash for Kids Mission Christmas, helping make sure no child has to worry that Santa might not visit them this year.
A big thank you to Alan from our Be Well Manchester In Work team for safely delivering the gifts earlier this week!

As part of our in-house Workplace Wellbeing Group, we set a little winter photo challenge to encourage everyone to get outside, stay active, and snap something seasonal.

We had some brilliant entries, thank you to everyone who got involved!
First place went to Mel our HR Manager of her lovely little dog on a winters walk and the runner up photo went to Jane from our Be Well Manchester in work team!

Well done to both!

Yesterday, we were honoured to attend the 10th Anniversary Celebrations of the Princess Royal Training Award, and even more honoured to be recognised as an award recipient for our commitment to learning and development.

Our Managing Director, Yvonne Clarke, Director of Operations, Mark Franklin, and our longest-serving employee, Alan Welch from the Be Well Manchester team, were proud to represent Pathways CIC and accept the award from HRH The Princess Royal, Princess Anne, at a wonderful London ceremony.

This national recognition celebrates organisations that place people, growth and development at the heart of what they do and to be recognised alongside such inspiring organisations is truly special.
