That tight jaw, tense shoulders, shallow breathing, constant fatigue…

When you’re always on the go, stress becomes your normal so when you finally stop, switching off could actually feel uncomfortable.

Trauma, anxiety, or a loud inner critic can make slowing down feel unsafe, even when you’re exhausted.
You keep pushing through because the thought of stopping feels stressful in itself.

Over time, your nervous system gets used to the pressure so it stays on high alert, even when there’s nothing you need to respond to.

That’s why rest alone doesn’t always bring relief.
Sometimes it’s not more rest you need it’s a gentle break in the circuit.

A chance for your body to feel safe enough to soften, reset, and find a new rhythm.
