Most of my clients don’t come to me saying
“I need reflexology.”
They say things like:
“I’m exhausted.”
“I wake up loads in the night.”
“I sleep… but I don’t feel rested.”
A client returned after just one session saying she’s sleeping deeper and waking less.
Not because she tried harder.
Not because she forced relaxation.
But because her nervous system finally felt safe enough to switch off.
Sleep issues aren’t always about sleep.
They’re about a body that’s not regulated and stuck a cycle of high alert which the body starts to think is normals.
Reflexology isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping your body remember how to rest.
If you’re tired but wired or if rest doesn’t feel restful, your body isn’t failing, it’s trying to communicate with you.
