Nothing special, time consuming or complicated.
You want to keep the habit of fitness going as life is a bit hectic at the moment, which is fine, it’s just life!
Such as life, good habits die a quick death and bad habits are typically easy and get their feet under the table pretty quickly.
So look at ways to make you consciously think and do some element of fitness eg walking whilst your kid plays their sport.
To keep some element of momentum going.
Come the new year all you have to do is just do a bit extra to get back on it!
Compared to doing nothing and it feels like you are starting all over again and it’s arduous hill to climb to get back to where you were.
