5 years ago!!

A lot has changed cosmetically!

And service offering has differed!

Our principles however remain the same!

We still work with people who aren’t a fan of busy gyms.

Or haven’t exercised in long time.. or not at all.

But are keen to make a real change to improve their health, fitness and lifestyle.

We just do things bigger and better!

We offer more community events than before!

We only work with likeminded people!

Who wish to make a real change to their lives.

And to have a laugh or two along the way.

4 years! 😮‍💨

Admittedly, Sarah isn’t currently a member (off doing very grown up things like buying a house), but still worth shouting about.

As she said herself, the two biggest wins were:

- Having a group of people she actually enjoyed training with.

- And genuinely enjoying exercise.

When Sarah first joined with her friend at the grand age of 19¾, neither of them were into fitness at all.

It’s easy to think, “Ah, you’re young, you can blag it a bit, youth is on your side.”

I thought the same at first…

They were pretty unfit , I’m not gonna lie.

But watching their progress over time was a real transformation.

Not just physically and health wise, but mentally too.

They went from not into fitness at all to understanding its value, enjoying it, and even building friendships along the way, support, motivation, the lot.

And this is where people often get it mixed up..

1 - Not giving health & fitness enough time and consistency to see the value.

2 - Their perception of it.

You don’t need to be a fitness wan*er to be good at it.

And you definitely don’t need to suffer through it to benefit from it.

You’re allowed to enjoy it. 😊

There’s still time, to hit your health and fitness goals 2026!

I know January is a w***y month!

But… we are over that hump now and we can look ahead.

You have 8-12 weeks before it’s warm enough to wear a t-shirt, plenty of time to see some results with some effort and consistency.

If you simply committed to these 5 things for that time you should see some changes;

80/20 rule with diet (80% whole foods), (20% processed)

Added bonus if you can add 20-30g of protein per meal or snack.

Steps per day, whatever it is right now add an extra 2k on top of that.

3 x workouts per week, something you enjoy!

2 litres of water and 6-8 hours of good quality sleep.

Stay consistent and you’ll be laughing come April.

Tag someone who may benefit from a little kick up the bum to get started 😉

Nearly our 1 year anniversary 😢

Jokes aside for those who struggle to turn health and fitness into a lifestyle.

Listen closely … the 2 main things she mentions are :

1- She can rock up and not think what to do as it’s already planned for her.

2- She likes the people.

In essence there’s little amount of friction when it comes to doing the exercise and there’s the benefits of having people she enjoys exercising with.

As you can tell, it’s a laugh a minute with Phoebe.
