Worth a watch as nature tries to take me down twice.

You actually took weeks, months of consistently over consuming food and not moving enough to gain weight!

If you are losing weight you’ve noticed it’s taken weeks months to build the habit of eating less and moving more to see those inches fall off.

So worrying about 2 days of not being as on it ain’t gonna undo all what you have done.

The main difference is you, often or not,
need awareness of what you are doing to lose weight which is effort and you don’t for weight gain, which is sometimes easier!

In essence.. cool your nut for Sunday and Monday!

And yes the scales will go up but a lot of that is water weight and food volume as you’ve stuffed your face which you haven’t done for a while.

Once into routine by Friday weight back to normal… so enjoy adios

I’m not kidding when I say…

Stop overthinking these 3 things 👇

1. The “best” workout?
It’s the one you can stick to.
3x per week. 30–60 mins. Get sweaty. Stay consistent for 4 weeks.

2. Protein intake
You’re probably under-eating it.
It helps with muscle, recovery, and keeping you full.
Guide: Women ~1.4g/kg | Men ~1.8g/kg

3. Trying a gym/community
Nervous? … That’s Normal.
Try it.
If it’s not for you, move on, but don’t sit on the fence.

Keep it simple.

That’s what works.
