Hello, hello, hello.

It's been a while!! Sit tight, this is a long one 😁😆

Just wanted to check in and let you know I do still supply the products if you need anything, we have new products too, face care and fitness so let me know if you want info.

More excitingly I have a new business,

You all know how hard I worked at forever living, I early a really good income and love the products.

I still use the products but the pressure to meet targets every month was just too much for me given my health issues after having baby number 5.

A friend's little boy has hand foot and mouth, poor little thing.
I gave her a tube of aloe gelly and said to put it in the fridge for a bit, then apply it to his sores on his hands and chin, he also has mouth ulcers so I said to put this on those too.

She is totally amazed at the results, she said she could see the fire colour calm instantly and her little boy seemed a lot less agitated and itchy xx

Well it seems its that time of year again.

My skin is a mess!

I'm tired all of the time!

I cant sleep for most of the night then when I do finally get to sleep i struggle to get up with the alarm 😴😖

I started the year with a water infection and the antibiotics to help that have kicked off my ulcerative colitis!

Ive eaten a massive amount of crap food through out december

Antibiotics finish today but are slow releasing so plan on starting my detox wednesday.
