Community Support Worker required

We are based in Crich, and cover this area and the nearby villages.

Part-time role available, contracted hours.

We are perfectly based if you live in a nearby village such as Belper, Ripley, Alfreton or a similar area.

Our small, friendly care service is dedicated to providing high-quality support to individuals in our community who need a helping hand. We're looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team!

We're Looking For:

Do you have plenty of life experiance. Have a warm smile, and a genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you! No experience? No problem! We offer comprehensive training and support to get you started.

Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Build relationships and engage with clients, promoting independence, and well-being
- Work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
- ⁠ You will need to be a car driver
- You will need to bring with you a positive caring approach
