Big shout out to all my flexible friends!
Being one of the bendy bunch myself, I know exactly how hypermobilty can effect your body. Joint instability, muscle fatigue, random aches you can't understand, holding yourself in twisted shapes as its the only way to sit comfortably. I get it. And I know how important regular body work is to help reduce the effects of your muscles compensating and working harder to keep you aligned. While we know strengthening is key to support those joints,we have to look after the muscles we are strengthening...thats where massage comes in!
