We get so used to carrying these pressure we start to just think it’s our normal way of being, but it’s not.
Even one hour of relaxation can do wonders for the body and mind.
And my sound sessions are designed to do just that.

So come join me in May on Friday night or Saturday morning for a deeply relaxing sound bath and experience it for yourself or login from home every Wednesday at 7.30pm for my online sound baths.
