I’ve found this to be true time after time.
When I look externally for answers, it quickly becomes overwhelming.
Because we are all unique.
Meditation was the first time I truly looked inwards.
The first time I sat still and let my mind unwind.
At first, the mind can feel busy and noisy.
But after a while, the noise softens.
And a deep sense of calm and clarity begins to settle.
This is where our deepest understanding lives.
Because no one knows us better than ourselves.
For those who struggle with meditation, I’ve found sound to be a gentle, passive way in.
After 10–15 minutes, we often begin to relax, let go, and allow the mind to unwind naturally.
This is why sound fascinates me.
And the more I let go, the better life seems to be.
Have you found sound helps quiet the noise?
I’d love to hear your experience.
