We are planning our 2026 schedule and to start the year in January we will be offering Hypnotherapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage as our first treatments. Both of these will give you a head start in January. With Hypnotherapy you can leave behind behaviours and habits that aren’t serving you well, such as phobias, over eating, fears, anxiety and much more. Dee will talk with you and find out how she can help you rid yourself of anything holding you back. Aileen will help you kick start 2026 by helping your body detox and get rid of any excesses after the festivities. There will be limited appointments and our diary for early January is filling up. These gorgeous vintage cars were on display this Summer in Perth. So well looked after and cared for by their owners. I often explain to my clients that your body is much like a car. It needs care and looking after and coming for a treatment is like bringing your body in for a service. If you want your body to look after you and carry you through life you need to invest in it. Our treatments aren’t a luxury your body needs it and will reward you with many years of service. I understand it’s difficult in these times to afford a treatment for yourself. However it is well worth it. We are seeing a lovely trend of friends and family gifting a treatment so someone who needs it. We will always do our best to keep our treatments affordable. We are not a big fancy fluffy clinic with neon lights outside. Our little clinic is friendly, with professional therapists and are some of the most experienced around. We are always on the end of the phone for a chat or send us an email for advice and we will direct you to the correct treatment for you. Oh this would be lovely. I have done workshops with Clare before. They are wonderful and Clare is a delight, so gifted and ready to share her knowledge. Painting is so good for your creative right side of your brain. Being in nature too. Branklyn gardens is special and has delicious coffee and cakes served by wonderful volunteers.

As we move into Autumn, the colours around us are gorgeous. Being in nature and fresh air is so good for us. Taking time out for a walk or bike ride is so important. Our muscles can become a little stiff, so go gently but keep moving. Even some yoga outside is still possible in the garden. CST training is extremely thorough and also fascinating. I love learning more and more. Most recently I had the opportunity to go to Athens and attend The Brain Speaks1 with the Greek Institute. I am so enjoying using those techniques in my practice and seeing the amazing results.

This is a video from The Upledger Institute that I train with. It gives an explanation of how CST works. This therapy uses a different approach from massage and works at a deeper level. It has been wonderful this week seeing clients who have travelled a distant to try this therapy. This is a lovely cardiologist I follow. He does these little videos which I find really interesting. He often reminds us of things we already know. He has a very soothing and kind voice. This video is just to remind us that nature is always there for us and we should connect with it as often as we can. Even if it is a short walk in your park, or a turn round the garden if that’s all you can manage or have time for. Nature is always whispering to us and we just have to stop and listen in this busy world we live in.

This is brilliant all of this is what I focus on when I have a client's head in my hands. Then tuning in to where I feel there is a restriction or a part calling to me. Since attending my course The Brain Speaks in Athens this June, with Diego Maggio my knowledge has increased and listening power. Magic is literally happening and when my clients are open to the treatment all the results are amazing.

This is interesting. I buy most of my staples from the Good Food Project in Perth. Their organic pantry items and fruit, vegetables and meat. It’s always very good quality and always tastes delicious. As Steve says their Mr Organic baked beans are really good. I have them with eggs, on toast, or pop some in Winter soups. The team at The Good Food project are so nice and helpful. I go in and pick up my prepaid and pre-booked order but you can also get free delivery ordering over a certain amount. They also have a gift card scheme if you want to gift food to a family member or buy a gift card for a rainy day for yourself. Buying in bulk from them is cheaper too.
