NEW FOR NOVEMBER- InCondition Walks -
“Walking is the best Medicine”
I will be running small-group walks designed to support recovery, weight loss, fitness, and mental wellbeing — all out in the fresh air.
Led by me , Beth — Soft Tissue Therapist, Gym Instructor and Fitness Instructor,each walk focuses on safe movement, strength , mobility and feeling good in your body.
🥾 Walk options:
🌸 Beginner / Recovery Walk — 1 mile • 30 mins
🌿 Intermediate / Fitness Walk — 2–4 miles • around 1 hour
💷 £5 for InCondition clients • £8 for others
(Max 8 walkers per group — spaces are limited!)
