Let's view the world in all its beauty through glorious technicolour, notice the various hues and marvel at the vastness, watch as the grasses dance and the trees sway, listen as the wind tells it's tale and the sun grows new life as it kisses the earth a new 🌈🌺

At any given time, we can only see a very small part of the overall picture. What we DO know will always be outweighed by what we DON’T know. Humans don’t like to readily acknowledge that. As such, most people are highly ignorant of just how ignorant they are.
In light of this humbling realisation, how can we say with any certainty how things should be?

And quite often good things come out of seemingly ‘bad’ things. That’s why the symbol of yin and yang is intimately associated with Taoism. Good and bad, light and dark, are inseparably intertwined.

The Sage “surrenders to the flow of life, allowing things to happen as they will, opening himself to the perfection in each moment. That perfection is sometimes outwardly apparent, but just as often hidden beneath seeming adversity.”

Knowing this it would be wise to walk the middle road.
As we know the pendulum swings between the two forces and when we are at peace we are in the centre witnessing and experiencing this movement without judgement...
The middle road is where the two forces meet and dance.

Life will carry us if we let it. There’s a deeper intelligence inherent in everything; an innate balance and flow that, contrary to what we might think, is part of a vast, underlying perfection. This doesn't mean we should never take action because action is the universe in motion, however our stress, our constant need to fix is an obstacle in our way...
Have a thought an idea and release it, step forward into action and you are in the flow...
Intention plus action is all you need, no excess planning, thinking, worrying how, just being...

“The Tao does nothing, but nothing is left undone.”

I do love this book it makes me smile 😍
The answer to every question leads us back into centre into the beginning but first we must expand in order to go in....
Thought followed by action always moves us forward for we cannot go back, and if we can only go forward then forward must be right. Therefore nothing is ever wrong it is merely a journey in a direction, and that direction can only be forward and therefore right.
If we believe this fully we step forward with trust and knowing that whichever way we turn it is right for us because forward is the only way we can go.
Different things happen in our lives and if we fully accept and believe moving forward is happening and is the only way and therefore is right we are solely focused on being..
On experiencing in every moment and then never miss anything because we haven't been distracted by the idea that it is right or wrong we are just being and everything else is just a distraction if you don't fully believe that everything in your life is right because you are moving forward and there is no other way 🙏💓

Check out this great listen on Audible.com. The "Dao De Jing" exists on the border between poetry and philosophy, embracing both mythos and logos. Its poetic form can stand alone, but it is enriched when its timeless ideas are analyzed and explained through careful scholarship. For examp...

In meditation you use gentle focus with a relaxed expanding awareness of Breath and Consciousness to shift brain states and gradually lower into a deeper connection to self and your surroundings, maintaining it takes persistence and a hunger to release and surrender, however in this world we live in often the addiction to overthinking and worry can have a stronger pull... The first step is recognizing you are addicted to overthinking and worry and then the next step you take consciously 🙏
