Weaving with Seasons & working with nature …. Going back to our roots April /May outside at the pier, park, beach.
(1)

My first encounter into Yoga was in Thailand, whilst traveling back in 2000. I remember walking in to this open studio, surrounded by palm trees and nature, over looking the crystal clear waters of the beautiful Andaman Sea. The feeling of this place & the energy was sheer bliss & I hadn't even started the practice!!!! After my first practice of a gentle Hatha yoga, something was born, something ignited within, I wanted to learn more & go deeper into myself. From then on I continued experiencing different styles, preferably attending Ashtanga. The more i practiced, the more I noticed I was transforming within myself, becoming more calm, connected, high on energy, yet at the same time grounded and gathered, along with my physically body, becoming more flexible & soft. Yoga has supported me though, depths of anxiety, grief, pregnancy, birth, and now the menopause. My MAT is my go to, practicing on a regular basis enables me to sustain a balance of mental & physical wellbeing. Through all of my teachings, Ive now created my own style combining practices that weave in with the seasons, leaning into the energies of the space, environment & light, enabling me to teach what I feel is right for that very moment, My inner knowing guides me, sharing a practice which is meant for the moment, enabling all to fully immerse into an embodied experience, leaving students connected, revitalised and whole. My YOGA sessions - Hatha Flow Vinyasa style Yoga, (spring / summer ) Soft restorative Yin, (autumn / winter ) are all Intuitively led, with a freestyle approach, Synchronising breath with movement, flowing from one asana (position) to another. "what comes - we practice"

60 mins of Grounding, Connecting & becoming one, with yourself and the Universe.

£7.50 per class

October - March/April are held at inside at the Cliftonville, Cromer. Booking is required.

No phones allowed from here on in just a glimpse from the outside.
What lay beyond was extraordinary.

Immersed deep within jungle, rock, and nature, beauty surrounded every sense. Steam rooms carved into stone, natural body scrubs infused with earth and ritual, I chose coffee and ginger.
Warm mineral springs flowed down from the mountain, inviting slow, intentional dipping.

My senses were alive, popping, expanding, bursting with wonder and awe.

Fresh lemongrass and ginger tea, a mango smoothie, a light, nourishing lunch… all leading into the most incredible 2.5-hour journey.
Steaming Thai herbs, tightly wrapped in cloth, gently pressed along the body’s energy lines, woven seamlessly with traditional Thai massage.

As I lay there, fully surrendered, a storm began to roll in.
Rain, heat, breath, touch every element arriving at once.

Nature and body, movement and stillness, all binding, connecting, integrating…
until there was nothing separate left.

Just complete oneness. ✨

Thank you im so grateful to you and this beautiful experience we shared.

you were truly amazing ✨

The Winter Solstice marks the end of a cycle.
The longest night.
A moment of deep reflection.

Bring to mind anything from this past year that feels complete.
Old stories.
Habits.
Expectations.
Effort that no longer serves you.

You don’t need to analyse just notice.

The earth knows how to compost what is no longer needed
and transform it into nourishment.

Just like the earth, allow yourself to release what no longer serves
and let it be transformed into new energy
quietly gathering,
ready for new movement forward when the time is right.

I am grateful for all that this year has brought for the opportunities that opened,
for the lessons learned, the growth that continues and for the chance to share my teachings with more people.

As the light begins to return,
may we move ahead with trust, intention, and grace.

Happy winter Solstice 🤍

It’s fascinating how we see ourselves how our reflection shifts from one breath to the next.
Learn to love what you see in the rise and fall of those cloud-like thoughts.
Let the beauty soften the beast, yet love the beast too…
for even the shadows have their purpose,
and it’s the shadows that shape the light.

Words are my passion & these are my words….

08/12/2025

Joy doesn’t land on every heart the same way.
Some people move through this world carrying quiet heaviness,
holding emotions they can’t name,
and walking through seasons that feel anything but light.

And especially this time of year,
when the world expects everyone to feel bright and festive,
many are simply trying to hold themselves together.

But this is where your spirit, your presence, your energy
becomes its own kind of offering.

Because even when others can’t reach their own joy,
you can be the joy that finds them.
The smile that softens their day.
The warmth that reminds them they matter.
The light that reaches the places they’ve forgotten.

Yoga teaches us that joy isn’t just a feeling it’s a frequency, a state of being, a vibration of the heart.
Manifestation teaches us that what we radiate ripples outward and returns back to us.

So when someone feels hard to love
or distant or heavy in their own life,
it’s not always about you.
Often, it’s about the storm inside them the one you cannot see.

Your joy can be the gentle spark
that helps them feel human again.

This season invites you to pause, breathe deeply,
and show up with compassion.
To let your joy be a quiet blessing
rather than something you force onto others.
To let it spill softly from your presence,
your kindness,
your patience,
your heart.

Because joy isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it’s a look, a moment,
a breath, a warm energy that shifts the whole room.

So remember, …….
It’s not always joy for everyone especially this time of year.
But you can still be the joy that touches another soul
in the exact moment they need it.

Be the light.
Be the warmth.
Be the quiet joy.
Be the love.

Every day I sit with myself and write a gratitude list.
Sometimes it’s one simple thing, sometimes it’s many.
But always, it’s a moment of reflection a pause to acknowledge the wonderful things already present in my life.

Gratitude carries its own vibration.
It’s a high-frequency state, a quiet signal sent out into the universe.
And as the saying goes,
“what you put out, you receive back”.
I’m very conscious of this.

It’s woven into my wellbeing practice, my wellness movement & a way of aligning with something bigger than myself.

When sitting in gratitude, something shifts.
The nervous system softens.
Perspective widens.
Clarity comes more easily.
Emotional resilience strengthens.
The mind becomes far more open to joy, possibility and focus.
Gratitude truly changes the chemistry of the moment and over time, the chemistry of life.

This daily pause allows softness to arrive.
It creates space for reflection.
It reconnects me to universal lifeforce energy, grounding me in the power of where I am and the direction I’m heading.

In these moments, I meet myself again
present, grateful, balanced, aligned.

And if you feel called, try it yourself for seven days.
Sit with gratitude, even for a few minutes each day, and watch how the energy in your life begins to shift , quietly at first, then unmistakably.

Soma is a Sanskrit word with rich and layered meanings, depending on context. Here’s a clear breakdown:

1. Vedic / Mythological Meaning
• Soma was originally the name of a sacred plant and its juice used in Vedic rituals.
• Symbolically, it represents divine nectar, immortality, vitality, and spiritual nourishment.
• Associated with the Moon, emotions, and rejuvenation.

2. Yogic / Philosophical Meaning
• Soma is the life force or subtle energy that nourishes the body and mind.
• It embodies qualities of cooling, calming, and rejuvenating, helping balance the nervous system and emotions.

3. Symbolic Meaning
• Soma can symbolize inner bliss, vitality, and clarity.
• In Ayurveda, it represents balance, nourishment, and restoration — the energy that keeps the body and mind in harmony.

In short: Soma = nectar, rejuvenation, vitality, and inner balance.

Soma in the workplace is about cultivating inner balance being calm, focused, and grounded even in the midst of demands and deadlines.”

As December nears, I can feel a deeper shift unfolding, a quiet transformation beneath the surface. I’ve been reflecting on the months that have passed, and it’s incredible how much has moved, how much I’ve grown, both personally and as an independent woman in business.

When Clare opened the door to me, here at the Mill, it became more than, I ever expected… new faces, a budding community, and a whole new layer of teachings about myself.

I’d been travelling solo on my yoga teaching journey for a while, and while I absolutely love that freedom and exploration, I also deeply appreciate the joy of teaching alongside other amazing teachers. There’s something special about the energy, inspiration, and collaboration that comes from sharing the mat with others it reminds me of the richness of community and the ways we grow together.

Teaching here at the Mill has been a gift in many ways, the space, the place, the budding community.
I’m deeply grateful for this chapter and for everything that continues to unfold.

I know it’s not quite here yet, however I look forward to whats in store for 2026 and this amazing creation by Clare that continues to flourish.

I’ll be back at the Mill from January, returning to my regular Monday 10am spot and I’m adding something new and very close to my heart.

On 26th February, I’ll be hosting a “Transitioning Workshop”, created especially for perimenopausal and menopausal women.

A gentle, supportive space where we’ll explore:

Through a blend of nutrition, yoga & movement, breathwork, journaling, and we will explore with open discussions.

This is a space to connect deeply with yourself and a community of women, honouring the wisdom of this stage and embracing your natural evolution. Whether you are just beginning this journey or deep within it.
keep your eyes peeled as more details will be released soon.

Thank you Clare - for this beautiful creation and allowing me to filter my offerings in 🧡
Thank you - Thank you - Thank you
forever Grateful 🙏 ✨

19/11/2025

I’ve created so many things in my life…
but nothing, absolutely nothing, comes close to these two 🧡💙

They’ve shaped me in ways I never saw coming.
They teach me every single day without even trying.
No filters. No masks.
Just their real, messy, beautiful selves… figuring life out in the moment, the same way I am.

They’ve held up mirrors I didn’t always want to look into.
They’ve pushed every button I didn’t know I had.
They’ve cracked me open, softened me, challenged me, humbled me,
and somehow loved me even when I didn’t have it all together.

22 years of parenting…
and it’s been the wildest, rawest, most honest journey of my life.
There isn’t a single person who has grown me more than them,
not one.

They are my greatest work,
my greatest teachers,
and the reason I keep becoming a better version of myself.

Parenting is a gift that never stops giving.
It’s an unknown journey, a leap into the depths of co-creation, where two souls grow side by side, shaping and reshaping each other in ways no one could prepare you for.

It’s unconditional love in its purest form…
a bond that ties you together as one,
yet still honours the truth that you are two separate beings,
learning, living, stumbling, rising, each on your own path, yet always connected.

It’s the wildest paradox, holding them close while learning to let them go,
to guide them while being quietly guided by them,
to love them fiercely while allowing them to become who they are meant to be.

Parenting isn’t just raising them
it’s being raised with them.
And that’s the real gift.

No matter how tough it gets, you just keep showing up.
Parenting asks you to be a constant & to love hard, stay present, reminding them that no matter what, it’s all okay.
There’s no right or wrong way… just a lifetime of lessons, love, and showing up again and again.

And truthfully, becoming a yoga teacher was born the moment I became a mum as motherhood unlocked the deepest parts of my soul.

I love you - thank you for being my greatest teachers

12/11/2025

Moments of reflection over here at Whitlingham, listening deeply to the natural rhythms of life.
Submerged in nature, surrounded by her pulse and quiet intelligence.
I am nature.
All living matter is nature.
We are connected by energy, an energy that is never born and never dies.
This is Atma the life force that moves through all existing matter.

Over time, we as humans have drifted away from our true essence
pulled outward, steered away from the sacred connection within.
Living so far outside ourselves,
we now experience disconnection, loneliness, and a sense of not belonging.

Yet deep within, we all crave the same truth connection, community, wholeness.
We thrive when we remember that we are not separate from one another,
but threads woven into the same living tapestry.

Sadly, in the noise of modern life,
so many tell each other how to live and what to do, sharing opinions instead of presence,
judgement instead of compassion.

But the true invitation is simple
to be, to listen, to understand.
To meet each other in the heart space
with kindness, with curiosity, and with the quiet knowing
that we are all reflections of the same infinite source.

And next time, the next person you come into contact with, today or tomorrow see if you can really listen.
Listen not just to their words,
but to their energy, their rhythm, their being.
Notice who they are, how they live in their body, what moves them, what softens them, what shapes their story.

Connect with them a little deeper.
Find curiosity in who they are and why they move and weave through life the way they do.
For in truly seeing another,
we begin to remember ourselves.

And as we move through our days —
as we meet others, share space, listen and learn —
may we remember that connection is not a luxury;
it is our nature.
It is the thread that weaves us back into wholeness.

Connection is our superpower,
the quiet force that heals loneliness,
that softens judgement,
that bridges heart to heart.

When we connect & truly connect
we remember what it means to be human.
We remember that we are all energy,
all nature,
all part of the same living breath.
