Weaving with Seasons & working with nature …. Going back to our roots April /May outside at the pier, park, beach.
(1)

My first encounter into Yoga was in Thailand, whilst traveling back in 2000. I remember walking in to this open studio, surrounded by palm trees and nature, over looking the crystal clear waters of the beautiful Andaman Sea. The feeling of this place & the energy was sheer bliss & I hadn't even started the practice!!!! After my first practice of a gentle Hatha yoga, something was born, something ignited within, I wanted to learn more & go deeper into myself. From then on I continued experiencing different styles, preferably attending Ashtanga. The more i practiced, the more I noticed I was transforming within myself, becoming more calm, connected, high on energy, yet at the same time grounded and gathered, along with my physically body, becoming more flexible & soft. Yoga has supported me though, depths of anxiety, grief, pregnancy, birth, and now the menopause. My MAT is my go to, practicing on a regular basis enables me to sustain a balance of mental & physical wellbeing. Through all of my teachings, Ive now created my own style combining practices that weave in with the seasons, leaning into the energies of the space, environment & light, enabling me to teach what I feel is right for that very moment, My inner knowing guides me, sharing a practice which is meant for the moment, enabling all to fully immerse into an embodied experience, leaving students connected, revitalised and whole. My YOGA sessions - Hatha Flow Vinyasa style Yoga, (spring / summer ) Soft restorative Yin, (autumn / winter ) are all Intuitively led, with a freestyle approach, Synchronising breath with movement, flowing from one asana (position) to another. "what comes - we practice"

60 mins of Grounding, Connecting & becoming one, with yourself and the Universe.

Planning. Creating. Holding.
Classes. Retreats. Trainings. Life.

Balancing work, family, friendship, love.
Learning, listening, reading, staying inspired, staying connected.

We show up.
Even when tired.
Even when tender.
Even when the world feels heavy.

Because presence is the practice.
Together is the medicine.
Heart to heart we heal.

And often,
the words we speak
are the ones our own souls need to hear.

Reclaiming the Self in the Seasons of Stillness

This time of year is all about returning to oneself.

Throughout the spring and summer, energy naturally moves outward teaching, giving, holding space, creating, and sharing.
Those months hold a strong yang quality, vibrant, expressive, and expansive.
Yet within that brightness, it can be easy to lose touch with inner balance.

As the seasons shift, there comes a calling to turn inward.
Autumn and winter invite a slowing down, a softening a chance to reclaim what may have been dispersed through all the outward motion.

This is the time to return to personal rhythm through practice, reflection, and the simple act of noticing.

It becomes a season of conscious boundaries — saying “no” with grace, honouring energy, and making space for deep listening.

STOP Doing ..

Just BEING…

Within the stillness, the whispers of intuition become clearer; the cues of the body, the rhythms of breath, and the quiet wisdom of the heart all begin to emerge.

This journey inward is not about withdrawal, but reconnection a remembering of inner harmony and strength.
Through stillness, the magic and joy that reside within can be felt once again: on the mat, within the breath, and throughout the moments of quiet presence.

From this grounded place, it becomes possible to move through life not depleted, but whole — radiating from within.

Happy autumn and winter , we are nature, “mirror the movement”.
Find peace in stillness, & magic in the quiet, whilst trusting the process

🌿 Speaking Your Truth

One of the hardest things in life is to speak your truth.
Because when you do, you open yourself you become vulnerable.

Your truth can upset others,
it can make them uncomfortable,
and sometimes, it can change the way they see you.

And when that happens, it can leave you feeling
alone, unworthy, or unwanted.

But this, this is the greatest challenge of all:
to stay rooted in your truth,
to stand in your power,
to walk in your own stance and stride,
even when it’s uncomfortable,
even when you stand alone.

Because speaking your truth
is not about being understood by others,
it’s about honouring your soul

Teachers’ Retreat
A Space to Reconnect and Restore

April 8th–12th, 2026

I’ve had a beautiful request to open a retreat during the half-term break creating an opportunity for those working within the education sector to also embrace the healing and nurturing energy of retreat life.

As a teacher myself, I know how vital it is to take time out to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves.
With this new date now added to the calendar, there’s a chance for you to join a community of like-minded teachers and educators, all coming together to rest, restore, and recharge.

This particular retreat will be specifically tailored for teachers offering time to unwind, to share space with others who understand the unique challenges and joys of teaching, and to return to a place of calm and grounded presence.

From April 8th to 12th, 2026, you’re invited to immerse yourself in a nurturing environment designed for reflection, connection, and renewal.
A space to give back to yourself the same way you give, share, and show up for your students every day.

You’ll return home rejuvenated, grounded, and ready to step back into your teaching with a fresh heart carrying with you a deeper sense of calm, kindness, and gratitude to share with those beautiful souls you guide each day.

✨ Gratitude in the Flow ✨

I am grateful for this thread of energy that flows through me.
It holds a deep knowing, a way of speaking and guiding me.
It is my life force energy, and I have learnt to trust it…
its vibration, its gentle whispers.

Sometimes, it feels uncomfortable discombobulated and out of balance
and that’s when I retreat inward, go deeper, feel, listen, and ask:
What are you showing me? What is the lesson, the teaching here?
Is this the birth of new magic unfolding through me?
Softly and kindly, I will be patient —moving slowly,
allowing myself to really feel the movement as it takes form within me.

Thank you, Atma, for your divine love
and for your continued flow through all that I am.

I am grateful for everything I have called in, some has led to beauty, some has led to pain, yet I honour it all.
For everything has shaped me, awakened me, and brought me home to myself.

In Sanskrit, the word “Atma” (Ātman) refers to the self, soul, or innermost essence of an individual, representing the spiritual principle that is eternal, unchanging, and distinct from the physical body and mind

Being Proud of Yourself

Being proud of yourself is not egotistical, it’s a celebration of who you are, of all you’ve embraced, and of how you’ve continued to grow and transform through life’s moments.

I’ve loved this journey, and I’m truly delighted to be one of the 50 women who shared their story.

This feels like a revelation, women coming together, sharing, and empowering one another through transition.
As we spread and pass on our knowledge, we help others know they are not alone, that this is not a one-size-fits-all experience.

At some point, every woman will move through her own version of this transition.
The more we share, understand, and accept, the more we can feel seen, heard, and supported together.

Let’s rise together, sister to sister, shoulder to shoulder unite what has been classed as in the west world for many years as

“Medical Condition”.
terming it “the change of life” carrying stigma and silence, being encouraged to stay discreet — to not talk about it, not show symptoms, and to keep up appearances.
It was also a time when youth and fertility were idealised, so women entering menopause often felt invisible or “past their best.”

Speaking up returns this transformation back to its
POWER….

Honouring women in their power, menopause is being seen again as a natural and sacred transition — a rite of passage from fertility into wisdom.

Thank you to the beautiful , the ladies who also joined this journey & to all the women who are ahead living in their power sharing their wisdom -

Ive added mine to sparkling water ..

🌸 Hawthorn Syrup Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 cup dried hawthorn berries (or 2 cups fresh)
• 3 cups water
• 1 cinnamon stick (optional, for warmth)
• 3–4 slices of fresh ginger (optional, for spice & digestion)
• 1 cup raw honey (or more to taste)

Method:
1. Simmer the berries – Place the hawthorn berries (and optional spices) in a saucepan with the water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer gently for 30–40 minutes, until the liquid reduces by about half.
2. Mash & strain – Gently mash the softened berries with the back of a spoon to release more goodness, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a clean bowl.
3. Sweeten – While still warm (not hot), stir in the honey until dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
4. Bottle & store – Pour into a clean glass jar or bottle. Store in the fridge for up to 2 months.

🌸 How Hawthorn Syrup Helps with Colds & Flu
• Strengthens the heart & circulation → illness puts extra strain on the heart, hawthorn helps keep energy flowing.
• Rich in antioxidants & vitamin C → boosts recovery and immune resilience.
• Soothes emotional stress → being sick can lower mood; hawthorn gently calms anxiety and restlessness.
• Post-illness tonic → helps rebuild strength after fever, flu, or chest weakness.

🌿 Best Use

For colds & flu, hawthorn syrup is best combined with other herbs:
• Acute stage (fever, sore throat, congestion): elderberry, echinacea, ginger, thyme, honey.
• Recovery stage (fatigue, weakness, low energy): hawthorn, rosehips, astragalus, nettle.

So hawthorn syrup is excellent as a supportive and restorative remedy, especially once the worst of the cold or flu has passed.

And ladies it was Traditionally used for menopause support (especially where there are hot flushes tied to circulation changes)…

Go pick the berries, Mother Earth has it all ♥️
