Our beautiful wellbeing forest school based in North Norfolk, supports our awareness of self, others and nature. Through uplifting circle connection, dynamic and gentle meditations, yoga, laughing yoga, creative expression, land art, holistic wellbeing and bushcraft we support authentic community connection for all ages! We are currently running:
* Weekly Free Spirit community groups
* Weekly Wednesday adult meditation groups (Satsang)
We will be soon offering;
* Weekly Wisdom circle: For our community elders
* Buds and Blossoms: For parent and child
* Wild Free Spirit sessions: weekly sessions out in the wilds of North Norfolk
* Tuesday Evenings yoga
Hannah is a qualified, insured and registered holistic practitioner (Kinesiology, spiritual healing), she is a professional artist, qualified yoga/ meditation teacher and in training forest school leader. Hannah founded The Free Spirit Network in 2012 to involve and inspire communities and offered the first Free Spirit School sessions in 2015
