Hi Guys,

If you have visited us over the last week you will have realised we are experiencing some major disruption with our pharmacy software.

We have been promised this is getting fixed and had a new computer installed today which worked for half an hour and then also crashed.

The girls at Crook do not have the ability fix this and unfortunately can only direct customers to nearby pharmacies until this issue is resolved. We are in constant contact with the software Helpdesk and have escalated the situation with their regional managers.

We will keep you updated via our usual channels and if you can wait an extra day for your medicines that would be greatly appreciated.

In our sister pharmacy in Wolsingham, our weight loss clinic have seen results through the roof!!!

Since November their patients have lost a grand total of 109kg….that’s 17st 1.5lbs 🙏
On average that’s just over a stone per patient per month!!!

You will be supported every step of the way and will get monthly checkups to assess your weight and BMI, and their trained pharmacists can offer you extra guidance and be there to assist you medically if you have any worries.
