YOGA WITH LISA My style of yoga is a Hatha based energetic Vinyasa Flow .

In Vinyasa style yoga we flow dynamically from one posture / asana to the next whilst connecting with the breath. I encourage students to flow at their own pace and to move intuitively in a way that their body needs. I offer variations and modifications to make my classes accessible to all no matter where practitioners are in their yoga practice.

Inversions have wonderful benefits such as:

🤍 Improving circulation

🤍 Increasing blood flow

🤍 Reducing anxiety

And the beauty is you don't have to stand on your head to achieve this 🙏
