1. Service
Upon sign up of the challenge you will receive a handbook with the details of what the 8 weeks will look like, what you will need to do and what to expect from me. I will provide you with full nutritional support (calorie, macronutrient targets, meal ideas to meet these targets), a detailed and research based training programme and video demonstrations of exercises on request.

2. Accountability
As if investing in a coach isn’t enough, you will receive a weekly check in from me. This entails a voice over of me overviewing your weekly wins and any changes that need to be made to your nutrition or activity levels to keep pushing forward. Any questions you may have throughout the week can be asked via WhatsApp directly to myself or into the group chat made with all challengers, where general advice and reminders will be sent. Each participant will receive a google sheet document for both nutrition and exercise, I am able to see any updates you make to these and I will check up every couple of days to ensure that everyone is pushing their limits.

3. Results
The transformations from previous Reshape challenges speak for themselves. With many pounds of fat lost, pounds of muscle gained, lifestyles changed and health & wellbeing knowhow improved. The Release Reshape Challenge can and will help you achieve your end goals if you commit to the journey and trust the process!

Release Reshape Challenge #2 WINNER 🥇

A short term challenge this time around, only 6 weeks worth of work! Katie is a sporty individual but her nutrition was preventing her from achieving her goals. Katie took action, signed up for the 6 week programme and gave it her all. This is where I came into play, I educated Katie on how to create better eating habits and the basics of fat loss- she did the rest! Consistently training, playing sport, hitting step targets and most importantly adhering to the nutrition targets I set enabled Katie to:

👉🏼 drop 10kg in bodyweight
👉🏼 drop 12cm off her waist measurement

Katie has also expressed her desire to keep pushing forward to get to her end goals, and is almost certain to work with me on my next challenge, anyone else want to make the change that Katie has?

Unbelievable results, just goes to show what you can do if you want something enough 👏🏼
