To every volunteer who stands beside us: Thank you. We appreciate you. We couldn’t do it without you. 💙

Christmas is time when many of us will be eating more then usual. Did you know if you are pregnant there are some foods that you should not eat?

Brie, camembert, pate and raw shellfish are just some of the food that should be avoided in pregnancy, as well as alcohol, as they can all be harmful to you and/or your unborn baby.

You can find out more about what food and drink are safe and what should be avoided on the link below.
