Move into a place of calm with increased strength, flexibility and toning this autumn. Yoga provides us with a host of health benefits.

My block of 6 yoga classes at Crook Community Leisure begins on Tuesday, 23rd September, 1-2pm.
Classes are suitable for beginners and those with some yoga experience.

Cost is £50 for the block or £9 on a drop-in basis.
