About the new class (starting 7th November):
The Friday 11:15 am class will be very gentle, I will be suggesting slow, smooth movements, with a few pointers about supporting your body.
That is generally how I teach, we have a direction we’re moving in, and then you feel your way towards it, doing what is right for you.
We all vary in our abilities from one side of our bodies to the other, from hour to hour, day to day. I do not propose to know what you can do at a particular moment in time.
I am here to help you find your movements in a way that you are comfortable with and if it isn’t comfortable you shouldn’t do it, you can also rest and join back in when you feel able.
The classes are friendly with different capabilities, wear something comfortable that you can move in.
I can lend you a mat and provide a chair if you let me know you’re coming and what you need.
