Jack had been dealing with eczema and psoriasis for as long as he could remember.
His skin was consistently inflamed, itchy, and uncomfortable, which affected his sleep and day-to-day quality of life. Over the years, he had relied on medications and topical creams, with little long-term improvement.
Rather than focusing on symptom management alone, we looked deeper at what might be driving the inflammation.
As part of Jack’s process with Armstrong Health, we assessed how his body was responding to certain foods and identified key dietary triggers contributing to his skin flare-ups.
Once those foods were removed and his nutrition adjusted:
• Skin inflammation settled
• Redness and irritation reduced
• Comfort and sleep improved
• Overall symptoms became far more manageable
Following this, we refined his plan further to continue supporting skin health and his wider goals.
As you can see from the photos, the change in Jack’s skin has been significant.
An added benefit was that he also lost weight along the way.
