A Beautiful Afternoon of Music and singing at Gwernllwyn Care Home.

Today, we were delighted to host a truly heart-warming concert right here at the home, and what a fantastic time we had.

From classic Welsh favourites to lively sing-along songs. Our residents clapped, sang, and danced along — the smiles said it all!

A heartfelt thank you to Peri Lynn for sharing her wonderful talent with us.

Yesterday we paused to remember and honour those who served and sacrificed for our freedom. At Gwernllwyn Care Home, our residents and team joined together in reflection and gratitude.

A very big thank you to our special visitors.
We were delighted to welcome children from Cae'r Ffair, Sharon and Ceri to Gwernllwyn today. They spent time painting, chatting, and sharing smiles with our residents and staff. Their creativity and kindness brought so much joy, and it was wonderful to see the connections they made with everyone here.
On behalf of all of us at Gwernllwyn, thank you for brightening our day.
