We’re all unique and everyday we can feel like we need something different. So I hope these short videos will help you find the perfect class for you.
And if you’re new to my classes, then this might help guide you to check out a class or two:
If you are returning to exercise or yoga after some time away, carrying an injury, or don’t feel as confident as you would like when moving your body, then the Restorative Hatha, Nurturing Flow, Yin Yoga, or Hatha classes would be a great place to start.
If you’re feeling confident when moving your body, then the Alignment Based Vinyasa, Strength & Flexibility Flow, Hatha, and Hot Yoga classes may be a perfect fit. These all have options to take poses further or to modify as needed.
If you’re looking for that extra challenge, then the Power Yoga class might be just the ticket.
And if you’re in need of a deeper rest and restore then the Restorative Hatha, Nurturing Flow, and Yin Yoga classes would fit the bill.
