Good morning!

This Monday morning is a grey and rainy day, and that phrase says it all.

Sometimes, we cannot stop what is coming our way, but learning to change our mindset through acceptance can save us years of discomfort, anger, and resentment. Accepting our circumstances can put us in a different position and enhance the frequency of our energy.

Today, I remind myself to embrace and accept the weather as it comes. I choose to appreciate the beauty of the rain, recognising that our soil needs water and that trees come alive when nourished by it.

I kindly encourage you to take a moment this week to observe your thoughts and emotions. As you do so, I invite you to consider approaching them from a different perspective, without feeling any pressure to change them.

Reflexology is here to help you manage headaches, asthma, sinus, menopause, pregnancy, arthritis and fertility issues.

This complementary therapy works applying some pressure on certain points of your feet using a massage technique to get into the reflexes that corresponds with the malfunctioning organ. For example if your hormones are imbalanced I will access to your endocrine system through specific point in your feet.

This is one of the insights that my client’s feet can share with me. Our feet are the foundation of the entire body. Just take a moment to think about all the things your feet do for you from the moment you get up in the morning until you go to sleep at night. They enable you to move from one place to another, help you stand and support all your body while you are running.
Feet are very important part of your life and taking care of them reflects your overall health.

What a wonderful quote to start a Monday!

This is a powerful phrase to keep in mind throughout the workweek. Sometimes, when we wake up, we do not know what to do first, and our minds go into autopilot, allowing the day to dictate our actions.

Shall we embrace the day differently by developing awareness? It is important to notice when we fall into this pattern and to let those thoughts go without engaging in a conflict with our minds.

Mindfulness has helped me over the years to cultivate a sense of awareness and calm. It allows me to plan my day with purpose.

I do not need to check off every single task; those I could not complete can be rolled over to the next day or week. As long as my mind knows what I intend to do, it calms down.

I invite you to try this approach with kindness and gentleness, giving your mind constructive tasks to focus on.

Today’s motivation quote resonated deeply with me, especially as I navigated a chaotic morning.

Despite my best efforts, none of my apps were functioning, and for nearly two hours, I found myself grappling with frustration, clinging to a solution that simply wouldn’t manifest. In that moment, I decided to embrace the wisdom of that quote and allowed my mind to quiet down.

Then, at 4:30 PM, as if by magic, everything fell into place; my apps sprang back to life.

During that time, my inner voice encouraged me to step outside and engage in something different. Trusting that instinct was transformative. When I returned, I found that everything had returned to normal.

It’s a poignant reminder that while we often strive to assert our will, sometimes surrendering to the flow of life and listening to our inner guidance leads to greater clarity. I spent far too long wrestling with the situation, when in fact, all it took was a little patience and trust. Often, the most profound solutions arise when we simply allow ourselves to be.
