Tanner Osteopathy & Wellbeing is a dedicated Osteopathic Clinic. Vanessa Tanner is a registered Osteopath also providing rehab exercises in order to offer a complete mechanical and physical health package. Regardless of your age, occupation, or activity level Vanessa can help you to maintain a fit, active and pain-free lifestyle and relieve your aches and pains. Muscular aches, pains, over-use and minor injuries are a fact of life and maybe due to occupation (whether physically demanding or sedentary), postural issues, emotional stress or lifestyle factors. Osteopathy can provide treatment and rehabilitation for the following:

-joint pain
-minor sports injuries
-muscle and tendon strains
-ligament sprains
-muscular aches and pains
-muscle imbalances
-general, acute & chronic backache
-sciatica
-arthritic pain
-rheumatoid pain
-neuralgia
