I've just come back from my team meeting...and look what I picked up!
There was a tie for Group of the Month in November. And both were us!!!!!

Joint Group of the Month for the Thursday morning and Friday morning groups.

This made me a bit emotional if i'm honest. Thank you to all of our members for your commitment to yourselves, your weight loss and our groups.

I'm bringing the trophy home for the month 🏆

Tasty, filling, low calorie meals.

Here are my meals from today.

A sweet omelette for breakfast
Leftover lasagne and salad for lunch (ready in 3 min 🙌)
Lemongrass prawns and rice for dinner. A delicious meal cooked in 20 mins with lovely, fresh ingredients. This was one of my SW Kitchen meal choices this week.
