Huge congrats to G for completing the Windsor Half Marathon last weekend. Having done her first 5km in August and building from there, this a huge achievement from her. Having suffered with chronic lower back for a significant period of time, she finally feels she is managing it with regular exercise and consistent stretches. Well done!

Well done to G. Heppner for her incredible recovery journey following knee arthroscopic surgery! In just 4 months, she has made a full return to her favourite activities — Aqua, Aerobics, Pilates, Yoga, and even Zumba! 🧘🏽‍♀️💃⁠
Her commitment to rehab has paid off and we are so proud to have supported her through this process. Wishing her continued strength and movement ahead! 🌟⁠

Huge congratulations to J Thompson for his recent success in the World Triathlon Multi-Sport Championships in Pontevedra, Spain, in June. He finished an incredible 6th in his age group in the X-Triathlon, and 12th in Aquathlon which is a fantastic achievement. Modus Physiotherapy was able to support him after a torn meniscus. We wish him all the best for the rest of the racing season!

Well done to Rachel for working hard over the last year on her ACL rehab with Reuben. She smashed all her post rehab testing and is back in the gym and playing cricket!

Well done Adam for taking on a huge Challenge in a couple of months for a great cause!
