Reviews like this 💕 this wonderful teenager (and amazing mummy) came to see me for help with his acne. His remedies focused on oil production, his liver due to the location of his inflammation and his overall energy and immunity. We discovered along the way certain foods contributed to his symptoms, unfortunately one of them being his absolute favourite, this can be the way and can take real determination and will power to find alternatives. But once you start seeing results it can usually make the changes that little bit easier.

A day to be grateful of the business I have built and continue to grow around my family, my daughter always coming first whilst balancing “work” which I absolutely love each and every day.
