If people are interested in attending Hypnobirthing classes I am still doing these online.

Things are changing in the outside world right now. However online Hypnobirthing sessions will still need to be the norm for a while yet.
Obviously face to face sessions would be preferable but as pregnant women are considered vulnerable by my insurers they have asked that I continue to work with them online.
Online sessions really work well and if you want to do Hypnobirthing then this is the safest way to do it.

What is happening in the world is really sad at the moment and I can understand that as a pregnant woman you will be even more anxious about giving birth over the next few months. Although I can do nothing about the coronavirus I can do online classes via Skype or Zoom for Hypnobirthing which will help to ease your anxiety . Contact me now to arrange these.
