Today friends, family, staff and residents wished Arlene the best of luck as today is her last day with us at Buckler’s Lodge. Arlene is going back home to South Africa to be with her family and friends.

Calling all children, naughty or nice, we have a special guest at our Christmas Fayre — Father Christmas himself! 🎅🏻

If you would like to book in to meet him, please send us a message via our page with the following information:
- The name of the child(ren) visiting Santa
- Ages of the children
- and which gift you’d prefer your children to receive out of the 3 options we have (information provided upon messaging)
If you have any additional requirements that we would need to make for your child’s visit to Santa all the more special, please also add this into your message.

Please note, Santa is very busy and will only be able to see you if you book in! 🎁

As a not-for-profit care organisation, every achievement we make directly benefits residents, colleagues, and the wider community. Our latest report, for 2024-25, showcases the difference that we made to our residents, relatives, communities and the environment:
✨ We achieved a Gold Accreditation with Investors in People (IiP)
👍 99% of residents satisfied with their support
♻️ Recycling rates increased to 80.5%

🎄 Christmas Fayre – Donations Needed! 🎁

We’re getting ready for our Christmas Fayre on 6th December from 11am–3pm, and we would be incredibly grateful for any donations you can offer!

Whether it’s raffle prizes, bottles, chocolates, craft items, toys, or anything suitable for a festive stall — all donations are gratefully received and will help make the event a wonderful success for everyone.
