A young lad from 📍Birmingham booked his dad in with me a few weeks ago

Yes I charge more per session than your average osteopath or chiropractor

My personal opinion and why I don’t really post videos of me doing treatments

Recording clips of me stretching, cracking or using the rock blade (fascial release aka Graston technique) would be super easy and they get views 👀

If you’re just interested in getting a certain “thing” done just to experience it, say you want your back cracked or you want someone to stretch you or to use fire cupping on you. Whatever it might be

Then you can find hundreds of thousands of videos of all sorts of therapists doing all sorts of weird and wonderful things on camera

That’s cool but my question would be “is it actually going to help me?” Essentially “Will I get results” or am I just going for the experience?

The way I see it is people pay me to help with their problems. The techniques I do or don’t use to get those results are pretty much irrelevant

What matters is the outcome. If you’ve got bad posture, sciatica, back, shoulder or neck pain or any other issue that I deal with then you can literally see and compare my results with anyone else’s in the UK or abroad

Forget the background noise. Don’t get distracted. What are you actually getting treatment for? Choose someone who shows consistent PROOF of RESULTS. If you’ve got a problem that needs fixing then literally nothing else matters apart from that

I get questions about this everyday. Can I fix bulging or herniated discs? Look at my page. It’s literally what I specialise in

You can either waste your time popping pills and getting injections, none of which will actually heal/ fix your disc. At best they just reduce your pain temporarily

You could go down the risky surgery route. Again no guarantee and other possible complications including but not limited to loss of or altered sensation in your leg and in some cases even paralysis

You can keep wasting time and money on ineffective treatments, people who either don’t know what they’re doing or want you to block book sessions with them to maximise their income

My previous post showed this client, Hamza who flew all the way from Switzerland just for treatment 6 months after this treatment

Im also going to make a video discussing his case in more detail. I have his MRI report showing a LARGE DISC HERNIATION
