When you’re self employed every day off sick or injured literally costs you money. Mr Asan walked into his construction job the other week in pain. He tried grimacing through it and attempted to do his job. He just wasn’t able to manage

Luckily for Mr Asan his employer is a good friend and client of mine and he paid for him to see me as soon as possible as an Emergency Appointment

I actually managed to get him back to work that same day. I saved Mr Asans back, his wages and the construction company a trusted and valued builder

He’d already been to A&E and had been to the Dr previously about his back. Both sent him away with painkillers 💊 No attempt to fix the issue, only to mask the symptoms

This approach is the same as having a plant 🌱 that’s slowly dying and turning brown 💀 The approach of modern allopathic medicine would be to paint the leaves green

My approach would be to look at the root cause. Is it getting enough light 💡 water 💧 nutrients 🥗 What is it’s environment like?

There’s no point masking 🎭 the symptoms if the underlying problem is still there ❌

Big Mo travelled almost 5 hours each way from 📍Accrington to Croydon just to see me for an Emergency Appointment

He was desperate and each day off work was costing him due to being self employed. He could have gone to any therapist, anyone at all in the 270 miles between me and him

He chose to see me. Why? Because I’ve helped him before. He had full faith in me and didn’t even want to risk wasting time and money on ineffective treatments elsewhere

In particular sciatica results as well as follow ups showing how people got on months later. I think that’s important. When it comes to acute (first few months) bulging or herniated discs it’s impossible to get them to 100% immediately but my aim is always to get my clients

1. In as little pain as possible. Reducing and working towards eliminating sciatica and lower back pain

Life’s a series of problems and tests. You’re not going to have something to celebrate all the time. And there’s no need for there to be either

You’ve got to enjoy the journey. Appreciate the process. Even learn to be grateful through the struggles cause ultimately they’ll be what shape your future

Most importantly, right now. In this present moment. If you haven’t got any real serious problems. No health issues for you or your loved ones. No major financial difficulties. Just be f**king happy

Your next test is round the corner. Now is the time to celebrate. You’ve earned it
