Hereโ€™s why ๐Ÿ‘‡:

Food sensitivities can wreak havoc on your health and gut.

If youโ€™re constantly aggravating your body, itโ€™s impossible to heal and function at your best ๐Ÿฆ .

The body is made to move, yet most of us barely hit 6,000 steps a day, this is the baseline. Start there, get outside and your body will thank you ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ.

Your โ€˜rest and digestโ€™ system only works when youโ€™re relaxed.

If youโ€™re not, digestion and overall health are hindered. This includes internal stress, not just emotional stress ๐Ÿ’ฅ.

Digestion begins in the mouth. If youโ€™re using fluoride toothpaste or mouthwash or dealing with plaque or a white tongue, these issues need attention. Theyโ€™ll continue to damage your gut ๐Ÿฅฅ.

Daily bowel movements, sweating, lymphatic support and movement are key for toxin elimination, digestion and overall health. These are non-negotiable for gut health ๐Ÿ’ฉ.

Weโ€™re not meant to eat or snack constantly. Give your gut a break between meals (2-4 hours) and stop eating at least 3 hours before bed ๐Ÿด.

Plant-based foods and fibre can often make digestive and gut issues worse, triggering sensitivities. Remove them temporarily (with the goal to reintroduce later) and youโ€™ll notice a huge difference ๐ŸŒฑ.

Low stomach acid is common and can prevent proper breakdown and sterilisation of food. Supporting this is vital, as long as thereโ€™s no stomach lining damage ๐Ÿ”ฅ.

My Philosophy

My name is Jamie Hayward and I am the founder of HF Physique. I am extremely passionate about helping people transform their lives through fitness and healthy lifestyle changes.

How do I do this? I provide you with a personalised online programme that is tailored specifically to your needs and goals. Whilst being coached by me, there are no gimmicks or fads: I donโ€™t offer or believe in quick-fix solutions. I focus on helping you understand the importance of exercise and nutrition and how they affect your health and performance.

I use training methods that are suitable for anyone regardless of age, training experience or current fitness levels โ€“ so there is no excuse! The only thing I ask is that you commit as much as you can to the process so you can achieve the best possible results.
