“I am really pleased to be back working at First Option Healthcare, having previously been part of the company both at its creation and again during 2020–21. Being invited to return in my new role as Governance Manager after living abroad was greatly appreciated, and I have settled well into the position. Working closely alongside the CQC Manager and the CQC Nominated Individual, my role focuses on supporting continuous improvement across First Option Healthcare, with the aim of achieving the best possible outcomes in any future CQC inspections.”

The festive period can be joyful for some, but challenging for others. While there’s often pressure to feel happy, connected, and celebratory, we recognise that this time of year can also bring stress, loneliness, grief, financial worries, or exhaustion especially for those working through the holidays.

Tonight, First Option Healthcare is celebrating a very special moment with our Kidz to Adultz FIFA Competition winner, Luka! 🎮⚽

As part of his prize, we were delighted to gift Luka and his family premium tickets to the Spurs vs. Slavia match, where they are enjoying the game from the Wishes Suite. They’ve been treated to a three-course meal, had the amazing opportunity to meet three of the senior players, and Luka even received his own special Spurs scarf, hat and merch🧣💙

They’re having a fantastic evening so far, and we’re incredibly proud to support the unforgettable memories being made tonight. 🌟

Today we raised £65 for our charity of the year through our Beauty Tuck Shop, selling brand new, full-sized beauty items!

We’re so grateful to our wonderful staff for their generosity as every penny goes directly to Make-A-Wish. Everyone managed to grab a bargain too, with all items priced at just £1… Christmas stocking fillers officially sorted! 🎁✨
