Frontier Support

Frontier Support Frontier Support provides specialist help and support to vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Aspergers,Epilepsy,Mental Health conditions.

At Frontier Support we’ve been providing specialist help and support to vulnerable adults in London and the South East since 2006. Our clients have a variety of needs including Learning Disabilities, Autism, Aspergers, Epilepsy, Mental & Physical Health issues and Challenging Behaviour. We provide domiciliary care in the clients’ homes and also support them out in the community. We love what we do and our aim is to enable our clients to live active and socially inclusive lives incorporating routines, hobbies and learning of their choosing. These might include life skills such as managing their own money, cooking and doing their food shopping or perhaps taking part in a weekly club or class or even getting to the cinema. We are registered with the Care and Quality Commission as a Domiciliary Care Provider and we are experts in care and support for vulnerable adults. We are not a Franchise or an Agency and all our support workers are employed directly by us. (Which makes for a happy team)

One of our values at Frontier Support is to promote positivity 🌼

We work hard to organise the right environment and support for our service users. So, we implementing positive behaviour support plans and strategies to help with the development of coping skills.

We believe that care and support should be about much more than doing things to a person or for them. We provide them with the skills to live their own lives by supporting/encouraging wherever necessary.

We help vulnerable adults to be independent 🤝

Through our supported living services, we help vulnerable adults to live as independently as possible behind their own front door. We can work in their existing housing or partner with a specialist housing provider to find suitable accommodation.

Rather than carry out tasks for them, we work with the people we support to help them learn new skills.

If you would like more information on how we can help vulnerable adults, whether it's for yourself or someone you care about, we can help.

One of the things that sets Frontier Support apart is our in-house Clinical Team 👫

We are proud of our Clinical Team and the results of their support. They will observe the function of their behaviour and put interventions and strategies in place to manage that. Over time, they step back in favour of the support team. But they continually monitor the situation in the background and can be quickly called in to review strategies if circumstances change.

At Frontier, we are not trying to ‘fix’ the person. Instead, we fix things around them. By changing the environment, using proactive strategies and teaching new functional communication skills. So they no longer feel compelled to use behaviour that challenges.

ADHD Awareness Month is celebrated in October each year, so in 2025 it will be held from October 1st to October 31st. The theme for 2025 is "The Many Faces of ADHD", and events and resources are available from various organizations, including ADHD UK and Includability, to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and provide support for individuals and families affected by ADHD.

You too can support ADHD with events like "31 for 31" challenge by ADHD UK, where you can get active every day for 31 days to raise money for their work.

⭐️ ⭐️ Best Supported Living Team across the South East ⭐️ ⭐️
Support living is about helping people to live the life they want. It’s about making sure that the people we support are safe, feel secure and have the confidence to try new things. And this is something we pride ourselves on. In 2023, Frontier Support was named as the best Supported Living Team across the South East at the Great British Care Awards, after judges said we ‘demonstrated true excellence’ in this field.
