Happy Pancake Day! 🥞 😁⁠

The only day when it’s absolutely acceptable to eat the same meal all day. Pure, unashamed indulgence. Get ready to pile them high for Pancake Day!⁠

If you’re looking for more protein from your pancakes, Tempo® has the perfect recipe! Are your taste buds ready for a treat? ⁠

Ingredients:⁠
• 1 medium egg⁠
• 10g Tempo vanilla whey protein⁠
• 30ml almond milk or milk of choice⁠
• ½ banana, mashed⁠
• 70g oat flour⁠
• 1 tsp baking powder⁠
• 30g blueberries⁠

Instructions:⁠
Blend together all ingredients with the exception of the blueberries of course, in a blender.⁠

Fold blueberries into the batter.⁠

Preheat a non stick pan over a medium heat. Lightly spray with oil.⁠

Pour ¼ cup (60ml) measures of batter into the pan. Cook until bubbles form, just a couple of minutes, flip and cook for 30 seconds more max!⁠

Repeat with remaining batter.⁠

Finish with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, a few blueberries and a dollop of yogurt.⁠
