Brothers grafting 💪🏼
These 2 lads have trained together around 6 months now. Nathan another 6 months on top of that himself. They came to me wanting to get stronger and faster & they’re both flying now.
Lewis couldn’t squat/deadlift without pain and does now under decent load with ease 😎 also improving sprint mechanics and mobility massively!

Both Jumping and lifting fast to increase rate of force development, powerlifting for strength and sprinting/sprint mechanics for speed. These were the main focus… keeping the goal the goal.
lot of people get confused with S&C with the amount of bu****it out there on social media. Dont over complicate it but certainly don’t go in blind. Make sure you have a plan in place so you aren’t just pi***ng into the wind.
