How I plan to stay well this season: by being all by myself.

No parties. No packed rooms. No passing around festive germs.

Just cosy nights in, early bedtimes, comfort food, and protecting my immune system like it’s a full-time job.

🌑✨ 3 Samhain Health Rituals for Perimenopause Support ✨🌑

Samhain marks the turning of the wheel  a time for release, rest, and reconnection.

As the veil thins and we move into the darker half of the year, our bodies especially in perimenopause crave the same things nature does… stillness, nourishment, and renewal.

Here are 3 rituals to support your body and spirit this Samhain season 🌿

1. The Release Ritual — Cleanse & Let Go

Burn away what no longer serves you — stress, resentment, tension.

Write it down, release it to the flame, then support your body’s own release with warm lemon water, gentle stretching, or a salt bath.

Let it go to make space for new energy to flow.

2. The Nourish Ritual — Rebuild Your Roots
This season calls for slow food, grounding rest, and deep nourishment.
Make a hearty stew, sip herbal teas, and whisper to your body:

"I receive rest as medicine.”

Warm, whole foods = calm hormones and a soothed nervous system.

🔮 3. The Intuition Ritual Listen Within
Your inner wise woman is waiting to speak.
Light a candle, pull a card, or simply journal with your hand over your heart.

Ask:

“What does my body need this season?”
