Sometimes wellbeing isn’t about adding more to your already full life.

Sometimes it’s about remembering who you were before everything became so busy.

That quiet, steady version of you that still exists underneath the roles, responsibilities and rushing around.

I’ve written a blog about something I call The 8 R’s of Returning to Yourself — a gentle way to come back to calm, clarity and connection.

If life has felt a little noisy lately, this might resonate with you.

Many of you who come to see me are the strong ones.

You’re the organisers. The business owners. The glue that holds everything together (and everyone) together.

But your nervous system doesn’t switch off just because you sit down. It needs cues, support and intention.

Sometimes it isn’t about having a treatment. It’s about allowing your body to feel safe enough to fully exhale.

And that’s what those small details are there for.

If you’ve been meaning to book and haven’t quite made the time yet, this might be your gentle reminder 🤍 I re-open for non-members in April.

The words I hear most often when someone sits up after a treatment:

“I didn’t realise how much I needed that.”

That moment isn’t accidental.

It’s usually the combination of: Grounding, rhythm, warmth and space

Your body has been holding more than you realised.

I wrote recently about the simple tools I use that create that feeling — I’ll share it again below in case you missed it 🤍

This one made me sit back and just… smile 🥰

“It was the best massage I think I’ve ever had — and I’ve had a lot. The movements were seamless. Everything just flowed and I felt very relaxed afterwards…”

You know what I love about that? The word flowed. Because that’s exactly what I’m aiming for every single time. Not just relaxation… but that feeling where your shoulders drop without you noticing. Where your breathing changes. Where you stop bracing.

And the bit about “synchronicities in life” — that’s my favourite part of all. The chats. The little connections. The realising we’re all walking through similar things in different ways.
It’s never just a treatment for me. It’s a moment. A meeting. A pause in the middle of busy lives.

I've missed those moments while I’ve been healing 🤍 and I'm so happy to be back working (gently and carefully) with my Elite members , Discreet next and then by April I'll be back in that room with you all again.

Warmth is one of the quickest ways to calm the nervous system.

Your body instantly recognises it as safe. That’s why heated elements aren’t just a “nice extra” in my treatments. They’re intentional.

When warmth is introduced at the right moment, your shoulders drop without you even realising.

It’s one of my favourite little shifts to witness.

Have you noticed how quickly your body responds to warmth?

You might not realise it when you’re here, but I spend a lot of time thinking about the tiny important details of your treatment.

Not just the massage itself, but:
🤍 When warmth is introduced
🤍 How grounding is added
🤍 The pace and transitions
🤍 The pauses

It’s often the smallest additions that make the biggest difference to how you feel when you leave.

I’ve written a little piece about three simple tools I use and why they matter so much.

If you’re curious about the thinking behind what I do , you can read all about it here:

It's Very Special Week!

This week, my members begin returning to My Retreat and after a little time away for my hip operation, it feels incredibly special to be opening the door again, intentionally, starting with the women who hold Elite membership.

They are always first in line.
First to return.
First to access seasonal changes.
First to hear what’s coming.

Discreet members will begin returning from March, and I’ll reopen to non-members in April.

There are now just 3 Elite spaces remaining, if you feel ready to step into your self-care era in 2026 send me a DM and we can talk about it.

Membership isn’t just about a better rate (although that’s lovely too). It’s about commitment to your wellbeing — and knowing your space is protected.

I cannot wait to welcome you back 🤍

Happy Self Love Day 🤍

We’re very good at loving everyone else aren't we? Today feels like a gentle reminder to turn a little of that care inward.

Self love doesn’t have to be loud or dramatic. Sometimes it’s as simple as:

🤍 Resting without guilt
🤍 Saying no kindly
🤍 Booking the appointment before you’re exhausted

You are allowed to take care of yourself because you matter.

What would loving yourself well look like this week?

When was the last time you truly stopped without needing a reason?

Not because you were unwell.
Not because you were exhausted or had hit a wall.
Just because you deserved space.

Stopping shouldn’t only happen when the body forces it. It can be a conscious choice rooted in care, not collapse.

While I’ve been resting and recovering, I’ve been reminded how powerful it is to give yourself permission to pause before everything becomes too much.

What would it look like to schedule care for your body and mind, not just your calendar?

Something to reflect on 🤍

Many of the women I work with are high achievers (you know who you are!)

They’re founders, directors, creatives, mothers, makers.

They carry a lot of responsibility, decision-making and emotional labour, often without much help.

Something I’ve been reflecting on while I’ve been recovering is how rarely high-functioning women prioritise regular care for themselves. Not because they don’t value it — but because they’re so used to putting everything else first.

The women who choose my Elite or Discreet memberships often do so because they understand this about themselves. They know that consistency matters. That care works best when it becomes a rhythm, not an afterthought.

As I rest and think about how I can support my clients even more thoughtfully going forward, that idea of regular, gentle self-care keeps coming up again and again.

If this resonates, perhaps it’s something to reflect on for yourself too 🤍

We live in a culture where being busy is worn like a badge of honour. As if exhaustion somehow means we’re doing life properly.

But rest isn’t laziness. It isn’t falling behind. And it →certainly← isn’t something you have to earn.

I see rest is a quiet form of rebellion. It’s how we protect our energy and make choices from a steadier place.

Whether that’s through small daily rituals, boundaries around your time, or simply allowing yourself to slow down when your body asks, rest deserves a place in your calendar.

Especially when everything else feels demanding.

Take this as your gentle reminder: you don’t have to keep pushing to be worthy of pause 🤍
