For those of you who are new here, I thought I'd reintroduce myself…

My name is Sarah and I’m a fully qualified therapist in massage and myofascial release with qualifications from the highly regarded School of Bodywork in Exeter and Myofascial Release UK, and a level 3 certificate in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology.

I have a degree and 12 years experience in health and social care, supporting those living with both physical and mental health issues.

I love working with people, I always have, and having a sense of purpose is important to me.

I can help with a huge variety of issues whether it be a temporary problem or a long-term health condition. 

I can also support post operative recovery and help with injury prevention. 

People also come to me regularly for their own self-care and to relieve stress and anxiety. 

All of my work is trauma informed and my room is a safe and confidential space for you.

Everybody is different and every body is different. We come in all shapes and sizes and everyone is welcome here. Your modesty is protected at all times.

I treat people individually and I genuinely have your wellbeing at the heart of my practice.

My room is easily accessible at ground level and you can park right outside the door.
