Over the next few days I’ll be sharing some of the photos from our incredible time together with some of the feedback from the women who joined us! It’s taken quite a while to be ready to share the magic!

☀️🌿 We have put together an incredible and inspiring long weekend for those in and of service to others. Therapists, group facilitators, carers, this is time for you 🌿☀️

☀️🌿 An opportunity and permission to rest, repair and revive, to feed YOUR soul 🌿☀️

☀️🌿 Three blissful days and nights, in the stunning, peaceful grounds of Halsbeer Farm, Devon 🌿☀️

☀️🌿 Come together for an opening circle in the morning and then build your own timetable from at least six workshops offered daily. Or choose to simply be in the magical space.
Each day closes with a meditation, sound bath or story telling maybe even dancing and singing by the fire🌿☀️

☀️🌿 This is time for you to do as much or as little as you need 🌿☀️

☀️🌿 Make full use of the beautiful, heated indoor pool, the healing space on offer, or simply spend time relaxing, reading, resting or walking in nature 🌿☀️

☀️🌿 All of our workshops are designed to uplift, support and empower you, choose from gentle crafting activities, sacred ceremony, connecting with nature, herbal creams, lotions and potions creating, EFT, Singing, Dancing, shamanic techniques, dowsing, tea blending, maybe even tea leaf reading, drumming, ceremonies, or an introduction to homeopathy and much, much more 🌿☀️

☀️🌿 Whatever you need, right now, to fill your cup and elevate your soul, there will be something here for you 🌿☀️

☀️🌿 Except yoga. There’s no yoga! 🌿☀️

Take time to slow down, rest and deeply relax.
During this session you will lie down comfortably and be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and beautiful handmade gongs from Nepal, China and Bali, along with gentle chimes, a Balinese ocean drum and other calming instruments.
The layered tones and vibrations can help the body and mind slow down, encouraging deep relaxation and allowing the nervous system to release tension.
You don’t need to be spiritual or have any experience — simply come as you are, get comfortable and allow the sound to do the work.

Hello November … how quickly time flies!

We are nearing the dark time of the year, time for hibernation, candle light, rest & recovery! Yet our modern day lives mean that we are very out of tune with the seasonal energy of nature. Our bodies yearn for the darker shorter days yet we blaze under electricity and maintain the summer length of days and short nights. We cannot underestimate the power of nature and the link of the seasons to our bodies… if you’re feeling fatigued don’t blame the darkness, we’re fighting our natural instinct to rest! If you can, try once a week to allow yourself a snuggle on the sofa, turn the lights down and give yourself a much needed break from the constant thrum of life. Let your body reset into its natural rhythm and align with the turn of the season. It’s ok to slow down x

I’m writing this to remind myself too lol! I’m working all weekend then found myself catching up on business stuff tonight! After a bathtime meditation I kept seeing the calander flicking to November and realised were gracefully entering the darker time of the year, time for thought, rest and contemplating how to embrace our needs and desires! The darker turn of the year is planning time, the lighter turn of the year is for action!

I’ve opened the calander for bookings this week and I’ve now closed Sundays so that I can have a full day off. Thank you all for your bookings last month it was crazy but amazing! I still can’t believe how much I love doing readings and how unique they all are! I don’t just get to meet you I meet loved ones in spirit too it’s so special to me! Even after doing this for over 25 yrs professionally (yikes) you still surprise me with what pops up lol!

45-Minute Angelic Healing Session | £45

Step into a space of peace and light with a 45-minute Angelic Healing session.

This is a beautiful opportunity to calm your mind, soothe your spirit, and invite the loving and powerful healing energy of the Angelic Realm into your life.

This healing modality works with high-vibrational energies guided and channelled by the angels to promote deep relaxation, emotional balance, and spiritual well-being.

What the Session Will Include;

Your 45-minute session is a complete experience designed to bring clarity and peace:

* Consultation and Intention Setting (Approx. 5-10 mins): We'll begin with a brief chat to understand what brought you in and set a positive intention for the session.

This helps to focus the energy where it's needed most.

* Deep Relaxation and Energy Work (Approx. 30-35 mins):

You will relax comfortably on the couch (fully clothed) with a pillow and blanket if required while I act as a channel for the angelic energy.

I will gently place my hands (or hover them slightly) over various points on your body, including the head, shoulders, torso, and feet.

You may feel warmth, gentle tingling, or simply a deep sense of peace.

* Grounding and Closing: I will help you gently return to the present moment and offer a few final words of guidance or insights received during the session.
