It’s not ‘just a few breakouts’ if it affects your whole mood.

There’s many grades of acne ranging from mild to severe and each one of them is so much more than just surface level skin concerns.

There’s a huge mental effect from acne breakouts that others don’t see, it can be really tough and knocking on your confidence.

All the women I see in the studio aren’t doing anything ‘wrong’ they’re often just doing too much of the things that your skin barrier doesn’t agree with!

Redness, breakouts, irritation, dryness - they’re not random.
