🌙 Why bother coming and spending an hour having a sound bath?

🌱 In a world that’s constantly noisy, busy and demanding, giving yourself an hour to properly switch off isn’t a luxury — it’s nourishment.

✨ For the mind
The sound and vibrations gently slow the brain from its busy thinking state into deep relaxation. Mental chatter softens, stress hormones reduce, and many people experience a sense of clarity, calm and emotional release.

✨ For the body
Sound travels through the body as vibration, helping muscles to relax, the nervous system to reset, and tension to melt away. This deep rest can support better sleep, ease aches and pains, and bring the body out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-restore.

Step out of your busy mind and into a deeply restful space.

🌱 Our mid-week sound bath works with 432Hz, often called the natural frequency, helping the body soften, the nervous system settle, and the mind gently slow. The vibrations from the bowls and instruments move through the body, supporting deep relaxation, release of tension, and a feeling of being more grounded and balanced.

✨ New Class at the Studio – Beginners Tai Chi ✨

We’re really excited to be welcoming a Beginners Tai Chi (Taiji) class to the studio, starting Tuesday 27th.

Led by an instructor with around 30 years of experience, this class is perfect if you’re new to Tai Chi or looking to slow things down, reconnect with your body and calm a busy mind.

🌿 Benefits of regular Tai Chi practice include:
• Calming the mind and settling the nervous system
• Reducing stress and releasing built-up tension
• Improving balance, posture and joint mobility
• Supporting gentle strength and flexibility
• Re-establishing a deeper mind–body connection

Movements are slow, gentle and flowing, making this a beautifully accessible practice for most people, while still offering depth and long-term benefits when practised regularly.
