🌿Join Lucy, and Sarah, for a deeply relaxing evening where you’ll be gently guided into stillness through the calming tones of crystal singing bowls and soothing sound vibrations.
As you lie back and allow the sounds to wash over you, helping your nervous system soften and your mind quieten, Sarah will move around the room offering each person individual Reiki energy healing.

🩷🌕 Pink Moon Sound Journey 🌕🩷

💕 Join us for a beautiful evening under the energy of the Pink Moon as we gather in the peaceful setting of the cabin at Woody Park, surrounded by water and nature.

🌸 The Pink Moon is traditionally connected with renewal, growth and new beginnings. As spring unfolds, it invites us to gently reflect on what is ready to blossom in our lives and what we are ready to release. Spiritually, this moon is a powerful time for manifesting intentions, emotional clearing and reconnecting with our inner rhythm.

🌙We will begin with a deeply relaxing sound journey, allowing the vibrations of the instruments to help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and open space for reflection. As we settle into the moon’s energy, we will hold space together to set intentions for the season ahead.

✨We will then move into a simple fire ceremony, where you’ll be invited to write down anything you wish to release and offer it to the flames — letting go of what no longer serves you and creating space for new beginnings, followed by tea ☕️ and something sweet 🧁 to ground us.

🌿This gathering will take place outside on the decked area by the water, with the sounds of nature around us and the moon above. Please dress warmly and bring blankets if you wish, so you can stay cosy and fully relax into the experience.

💜 My sound baths are predominantly crystal bowl based, as crystal singing bowls produce pure, powerful vibrations that gently resonate through the body. These frequencies can help calm the nervous system, quiet a busy mind and bring the body back into balance. Many people find the sound helps them drift into a deeply relaxed, meditative state where stress and tension can begin to melt away.

Tonight’s Super Moon Sound Journey at Woody Park was simply magical 🌕

🦚 We began in the most beautiful wooden cabin, tucked away and surrounded by water, nature holding us gently on all sides. As the sound journey began, the doors were left open and the outside world flowed in effortlessly. Birds sang, peacocks called, geese drifted across the water — their natural rhythms weaving through the bowls and instruments as if they were always meant to be part of it.

🤎 It truly felt like the elements were playing alongside us… the breeze, the trees, the water, all becoming part of the journey. Peaceful, grounding, and deeply connected.

🌕 Afterwards, we took time to set our intentions under the energy of the Super Moon. Each person wrote down what they were ready to release — old patterns, heavy thoughts, anything no longer serving them — and offered it to the fire. Watching the flames transform those words into ash felt powerful and symbolic… a gentle surrender and a fresh beginning.

🌲 The group that gathered were such beautiful souls. Open-hearted, kind, and so easy to be around. It was a joy to hold that space for them.

🌙 And then… the moon.
Big. Clear. Radiant.
Reflecting perfectly on the still water, as if reminding us how light reflects when we allow ourselves to soften.

It was one of those evenings where everything aligned. Nature, sound, fire, moon, and wonderful people. Truly perfect 🤍✨
