Osteo and Physio Sports Therapy Sports therapy to help with resolving sports injuries and enhancing sports performance Alice joined Osteo and Physio in April 2015.

She graduated with honors from the University of Gloucestershire in 2014. As well as holding an undergraduate degree in Sports Therapy Alice is a fully insured member of the Society of Sports Therapists. She also keeps up to date with CPD to keep treatment methods current and as effective as possible for the client. Sports therapists are experts in musculoskeletal disorders. They treat pain and injury through hands on treatment and rehabilitation. Sports Therapists undergo an intensive three year degree course which focusses primarily on the musculoskeletal system and on restoring, maintaining and maximising movement to relieve pain and increase quality of life. The treatment methods offered from a Sports Therapist aim to get clients back to full fitness in the shortest time possible through a variety of treatment methods including:

-Deep/Soft Tissue Therapy
