✨✨✨✨MAKE A WISH✨✨✨✨

Start 2026 off on a positive, empowering vibe with an afternoon of releasing self-doubt before setting our intentions ( making our wish ) for the year ahead. This will be accompanied by an empowering visualisation/meditation journey, leading us into a session of healing sound vibrations ✨

✨We will enjoy an afternoon of silent counselling with the intention of releasing self-doubt. Silent counselling works with kinesiology, acupressure points & breathwork to release energy which is holding you back in life. If you are holding onto any emotion/energy ( known or unknown ) which is feeding your self-doubt, we will release it!

✨We will then enjoy an intention setting exercise to bring in clarity & conviction towards what we want to experience/achieve in the new year.

✨We will finish our afternoon with an empowering guided meditation/visualisation which will lead us into the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls, chimes, gong & shamanic drum.

An afternoon designed to help you release all of that energy which is holding you back & replace it with positive, empowering energy!

✨When - Saturday 3rd January (12-3.30pm)
✨Where - Church Hall, Barrhill, Cumnock

I know we still have Christmas to enjoy, but I bet you’re already thinking about your New Year’s resolution!! If you are, then you may want to consider this to give you that kickstart that you need to start the new year on a positive, empowering vibe!
