Reiki by Jacq Reiki (Ray-key) is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life. A Reiki treatment is a therapy that provides a deep feeling of relaxation.

It treats the whole person, body, mind, emotions and spirit.... It;s fab!!! Welcome to my page and thanks for visiting! Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing that is suitable for use on everyone I started doing Reiki in January 2016, when I did my Level One Course. A number of months later I went on to do my Level Two Practitioner course, I wanted to let other people feel the benefits of Reiki. I work from one of the rooms in my home, the energy is lovely and perfect for doing Reiki Healing. A Reiki treatment last for about an hour and is carried out fully clothed, and usually lying on a massage table, but can be done on a chair. The person carrying out the treatment gently lays her hands on the recipients body and channels healing energy. The treatment usually feels like a warm glowing radiance that flows through the body. Reiki is effective in helping virtually every known illness and always creates a beneficial effect. It can be used alongside all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. Reiki treats the whole person - body, emotions, mind and spirit and it gives a deep sense of relaxation, peacefulness, security and wellbeing.

For years I thought that if I stopped to rest, take a nap, or just sit, there was something wrong with me, or that I was lazy!

When I began practicing meditation 35 years ago I discovered that life is not about the going and constantly doing.

Life is all about the recovery.
We make mistakes, say things that we wish we hadn’t, or take actions that didn’t serve anyone well, because we are human beings here to learn from everything and then use it to grow.

So my loves, life is all about how soon you become aware and then recover.
That’s it. Awareness is your superpower.
