I started doing Thai massage again as requested by my client.
This makes my day super nice and why I love my job so much,when I am able to help. It’s not highly paid job, no bonus, but being able to help and received few words of thanks and recognition goes a long way to my heart and soul. ❤️

I love learning especially those that I can apply on myself, at least I know if it works for me, it can also work for my client When I have issues due to poor posture, bad training, stupidity by increasing my running distance by over 30%, I apply sports massage, deep tissue, KT tape and any other massage technique to fix my issue.
The new course that I just completed this week is Conception and Reflexology. Did you know that women over the age of 44 has only 3-5% chance of conceiving as compared to 15 years old who 40-50%. This course is not just to help couple who are having problems having babies, but the treatment is also applicable to women who are experiencing menopausal symptoms. So I am really happy because if I can help my self, I am also able to help a lot of women who has experiencing these issues.

Some good news!!!

I will be back in Aviva from February and I just completed 2 more massage courses: Conception and Reflexology and Kinesio Taping for Sports and Massage Therapist.

Looking forward to apply these new treatments in supporting my clients.
I know I look like a mummy ready to be transported, but kinesio taping helped me when I suffered tendinitis when I started my running streak running over 10km everyday and increasing my mileage by over 10% every week.
Some benefits of KT tape:
+helps reduce the inflammation
+reduces the pain
+ provides support without restricting range of movement
As I started training for my 50k, I will be applying KT tape to help support my training and enhance my performance.

KT tape is not only for sports related issues . It can be helpful to anyone who suffers from muscle or joint issues.
