Recently the guys were joined by Shane who was in for a visit to Able, while chatting amongst the group they decided to do a music favourite of Shane’s.

With a love of musicals and stage show music, the guys wrote a song especially for Shane.

🚫 No Swimming Notice 🚫

Please note there will be no swimming for 2 weeks from 30th March to 6th April.

This is due to half term and the bank holiday as the pool will be open to the public.

What a great way to end the week! 🍕✨
We made a delicious homemade pizza, baked a classic Victoria sponge cake 🍰 enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing yoga session 🧘🏼‍♀️
and then topped it all off with a fun-filled Friday disco 💃🕺

A massive well done to our incredible workshop crew 👏

They’ve been working so hard and have built a fantastic new recycling bin shed, along with creating and improving so many areas down in the garden – it’s looking better than ever! 🌿

And another huge shoutout to our brilliant garden crew 🌱

They’ve been busy down at the allotments planting lots of new vegetables and getting everything clean, tidy, and ready for the growing season ahead.

Such amazing teamwork all around – we’re so proud of you all! 💚

We’ve had such a lovely week! ☀️

We enjoyed a beautiful walk in the sunshine down the boating lake, cooked some delicious meals (including a real roast dinner, cottage pie, and pizza 😋), and had a fantastic time swimming too! (There will be NO swimming during the School Holidays)

Drama on Tuesday was full of fun as always – lots of laughs and great energy all around, with some real confidence building coming along!

Something I’ve been working on for a while… and I’m really excited to finally share it.

Money Matters live sessions will launch from Wednesday 1st of April — free community sessions right here in Cwmbran, designed to help people feel more confident about their finances.

No jargon. No pressure. Just clear, practical guidance on things like pensions, investing, ISAs, and making sure your overall financial plan is actually on track.

Most of us were never taught this stuff — we’re just expected to figure it out ourselves. These sessions are here to change that.

We’ve had such a busy and fun-filled week! ☀️

We enjoyed a lovely walk in the hot sunshine, baked a delicious chocolate fudge cake, and had an exciting visit from Animals Interactive 🐾. We also spent time cooking some tasty meals, had lots of fun in dance sessions, and took a wonderful trip to Green Meadow Community Farm 🚜.

To top it all off, we had a great ILS lesson where we learned all about personal hygiene. What a fantastic week it’s been!
