Why vision boarding and why in February?

The tradition of starting anew on January 1st has never quite resonated with me. I find that January is better suited for slowing down after the hectic run-up to Christmas and the inevitable slump that follows the holiday season.

While February isn't necessarily the only time to start a vision board, any month is the right month when you feel the need to focus, reconnect, and establish a plan for what you want to achieve. As we change throughout the year, so do our short-term and long-term plans.

Creating a vision board is a powerful way to quiet the noise and connect with your intentions for the year ahead. Whether you are focusing on a new career, new home/ location, improved relationships, travel, or further education, taking the time to visualize your goals is incredibly valuable.

I invite you to join me at the Llantarnam Grange Arts Centre in Cwmbran on Saturday, February 21st, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, £40 per person.
We will explore vision boarding and reflect through guided meditation, color, and Oracle Cards. You’ll also receive a brief intuitive reading based on the cards you select. Why not take this opportunity to do something meaningful—just for you.

It promises to be a relaxing and fun morning. Free parking is available in Cwmbran Town Centre just across the road, and you are welcome to visit the Grange Coffee Shop for a drink afterward.

All materials and light refreshments will be provided; you only need to bring one quality or glossy magazine and maybe if inclined a picture of you!
